About Junk Sorted
More than
clearing space.
Our motto is simple: We clear it. You get your space back.
But it does not end there.
With more than 35 years of practical experience with reuse and recycling, we understand the care, sorting, time and effort required to keep as much as reasonably possible out of landfill.
These are the questions we ask before treating anything as waste.
Clearing the space is the service. Considering what happens next is the purpose behind it.
Our process
What happens next begins before we leave.
When we clear a property and give you your space back, you may notice that items are separated as they are loaded. That is because we are already considering what may happen to them after we leave the property.
Could an item be steam-cleaned and used again? Could it be repaired or rehomed? Can its different materials be separated for appropriate recycling?
This is not an afterthought. It is how we approach the work—and it reflects the principles we live by.
A respectful service
Every clearance is different.
A property clearance can happen for many reasons. It may involve moving home, downsizing, preparing a property or managing the belongings of someone who has passed away. Some clearances are straightforward, while others can feel personal, emotional or overwhelming.
We take the time to understand what needs to be cleared, what must remain and whether any belongings require particular care or consideration. The property and its contents are approached respectfully and without judgement.
Clear communication is important from the initial enquiry through to completion. We want customers to understand what has been agreed, how the clearance will be approached and what is included in the quotation.
Whether the job is big or small, we take responsibility for planning and managing the clearance from start to finish.
The practical arrangements are ours to handle, so you can feel confident that the job will be properly managed.
Our role is to make the next step feel clearer, more manageable and less stressful.
